Cares of destitutes There are various groups of destitute being cared for by members of EFHDM. At various times in the past, this work has been carried out at other places including . and Ghana: but has been extensively and consistently been carried out in the Ibadan metropolis. The various categories are as follows:
Street beggars – Members of RFHDM cook and carry food to them at least twice a week right where they normally stay –Oja Oba, Sabo, Challenge, Iwo Road all in Ibadan. Also supply clothes donated by various benefactors to them are taken along to the beggars.
Prisoners – Some members o f EFHDM are assign for prison vitiation carrying some relief items along to help the inmates cope with the deplorable conditions in the main prison –Agodi Ibadan.
We try to provide encouragement and hope for the future. We also have a good collaborative endeavors with the prison chaplains.
The sick and abandoned: A number of sick people are not only bed-ridden in the hospitals, but have also been abandoned by their relatives for various reasons. The members of EFHDM has provided specific support and assistance to these people sometimes footing the bills.
The Elderly –whenever a report or knowledge of an elderly destitute is received. The brother makes it a duty to care for such a person through regular visitsupply of food and clothes and maintenance of personal hygiene . The EFHDM do not presently have old people’s home. Many of such persons are now late passing to the other side with gratitude in their heart to God.
The mentally challenged – These people popularly called street lunatics are among the most special class of destitute for which brother was specifically commissioned not only to care for but also to heal through his encounters with them.
They wonder the street aimlessly and helplessly. There have been series of wonderful promises of healing of these people from their ailment/and impairment.
Many of them have received their healing and now brought to normalcy, while some hit the street back for lack a rehabilitation center.
Brother Rosario has been promised and given the extra-ordinary ability handling and dealing freely with these people.
The orphans: presently the EFHODM is responsible for the education and care of 6 ophans. Due to lack of funds EFHDM has not built an orphanage of their own but do parner with other charities in these regards. Some members are assigned to visitation of certain orphanages I Ibadan.
The motherless babies and abandoned children – The same can be said of these categories as that of orphans. We always contact in particulars with children of Omolewa homes near UCH Ibadan

The refugees- Work in these areas will commence whenever the activities of EFHDM extend from its base in Ibadan to places where refugees camps have been situated in the countries.
The forced prostitutes. These are more often than not tricked persons under duress deceptions and manipulations. They deserve special help and we hope to partner with other agencies on this |
